WHO AM I ?

My name is Jody Brioschi, 

I was born in Italy  in 1998. 

When I was 3 years old, I received a toy drumset for Christmas, and I have a very vivid memory of me, sitting behind my kit, beating the hell out of those drums and singing random songs.

That was my first approach to music. 

Well, I’m sure I was not meant to play a relaxing and calming instrument. 

when I was 8 years old, my dad bought me my first real instrument, an electric guitar that i played for a couple months before realizing it wasn’t my thing.

My brother is a guitar player and I wanted to try it too. 

When i was 9, after seeing a Led Zeppelin concert on DVD, I decided I wanted to be a drummer. 

My parents bought me my first Sonor kit ( I could never thank them enough) 

and I started playing seriously. 

It was love at first sight.

At the age of 12, I experienced the stage for the first time in my life, and I fell in love to that kind of adrenaline. 

At the age of 17 I started working as a studio session drummer at RecLab Studios, one of the most important studios in Milan, recording over 100 albums and singles for artists all over the world. 

Meanwhile, I became the drummer of the NewFolk band called “MARLON”.

After recording two studio albums, one live in theatre, and after playing in the biggest clubs in Italy, we took different paths in life. 

During the covid pandemic, I was home just with my guitar, and I decided to give it another try. 

So I started writing songs just for fun ( I’ve always loved singing ).

At the age of 23, I was chosen to be the drummer for “LC Project” headed by Luca Colombo, one of the most important guitar players in Italy.
